Schick Quatro is the best for shaving. To further reduce irritation use Gillete shaving gel before shaving, and an aftershave like Aqua Velva when finished shaving. Most importantly do not use cheap razors.

I use the Gillette M3 power. I've never cut myself with it. Check it out it's only like 15 bucks.

My husband had the same problem. Shave after you shower. Conditioner gets the closest shave and moisturizes your skin. The Schick silk effects is the best razor and is pretty cheap-under $10. --Girls get the best stuff!--
