Does salt or vinegar or garlic have anything to do with facial hair?

No, it's hormones. Garlic is good for one and they say it can stave-off colds and flues, and salt to some degree is good for you because it has iodine in it. Hormones are the culprit here. Take a look at your family and see where your gene pool came from. Dark haired people are more likely to have darker hair on their face or arms (women usually end up with a "5 o'clock shadow on their upper lip with some hair) and also on the chin.

assalam o alikum

no, its may b because of the following reasons

= heridity - if ur family have such history

= environment - probably ppl living in warm countries have more hair then ppl living in cold countries.

= harmones - some times the disbalance can create excessive hairs

= or some times its because u use a lot of different kind of chemicals and in reaction u got facial hairs

= sometimes regular removal of hairs can cause them to come out with more density.
