All hair grows back stubby. Hair does NOT become coarser from being cut. It just becomes blunt. Over time, all types of hair thin on the ends, resulting in what appears to be 'finer' hair. Merely cutting it off shorter can have no effect on the ingredients that sprout from the follicles, right? Such a wive's tale that one is. So...if you shave your bikini+ area, it will come back as coarse stubble...because that's usually the coarsest hair on your body. Then with time, it will be just as it was.

In my case....yes, at least until they grow back to the length they were before shaving and then they become somewhat softer. However, in the meantime while the hair is beginning to grow back in....BEWARE! The itching is intense, intense, intense. Almost drove me out of my mind! I'll never shave there again!!!

yes they can -- Its important that u are shaving in the correct direction. I am a esthetican (facials waxng ect) U might want to try waxing insted of shaving if u get irratation . The hair grows back slower and it is not as painful as people think. and it grows back softer also....
