Does drinking protein shake and working out helps build facial hair?

To my knowledge drinking protein shakes and working out does NOT build facial hair...otherwise I'd be one hairy lady and last time I looked in the mirror I was not!

No...testosterone is what causes facial hair.

Nope. While the exercise may increase free testosterone levels it won't produce enough of a hormonal response to increase hair follicle growth or density which is largely a function of genetics.



Does drinking protein shake and working out helps build facial hair?

No way if your looking for facial hair do not shave for awhile let it bulid up lol
