"Nads" is supposed to be good. (And, no, it has nothing to do with balls. :p Apparently it was named after a Nadine that shortened her name.) It's basically like wax except it does not stick to your skin, just the hair. I used it a long time ago, it was pretty good.

I see it at stores now, so it shouldn't be too hard to find.

One word: threading! It's relatively cheap (granted, I live in NYC, so it's more prevalent). It's slightly painful but over in a few minutes. I have fair skin, hardly any hair, but I was always self consious of my 'stache. My friends told me to leave it alone, but when I got it threaded along with my eyebrows, I was instantly happy. It lasts for the longest time and doesn't bother sensitive skin!
