it mostly have something to do with your hormonal secretion. those boys who have facial hairs are more mature in a sense that they enter puberty earlier that you do. but you will enter puberty sooner or later.
Most of the Pakistani boys at my school already have facial hair but me or the other boys don't Why is this?
Facial or body hair and most of the body properties are related with genetics. That kind of human races have strong hair. For example East Asians even don't have so much hair.
