hey you know.. i don't think it increases facial hair.. never heard of that.. and.. i tried applying oil on my arms and legs and noticed that my blemishes have lightened a LOT. however, i would not advice you to put oil on your face.. this might cause acne.. which will cause more blemishes. Do not put oil on your face. Try some other form of vitamin E, say some capsule or soft gel? Friends have told me they break soft gels of vitamin E open and apply it on their pimples or blemishes and it goes away or lightens. :)

I have never heard of vitamin E for blemishes or causing facial hair. The best thing in the world is Obagi clear in a plastic surgeons office.

No, but it is not really for blemishes since excess oil is how the blemishes developed in the first place. It is for the scars (if any) left by the blemish.
