I couldn't get a good looking beard and mustache until I was 30. It's not abnormal.

no, I am 21 and my goatee doesnt even grow in fully...I also knew someone when I was in school 22 yrs old and had almost no facial hair...guys grow facial hair until about 27 years old on average, some grow it faster than others, no problem, nothing is wrong.
