There is no way the hair is growing longer. that is determined by genetics. However, if the hair is finer at the ends, it will show as a slight shadow in the right light, which is tricky to see on your own face. When it's lightened, it will be catching the light more and be easier to see, so may seem longer.

If you have dark hair bleaching it is the best way to ease the situation until you can afford lazer hair removal. It keeps the are from showing a mustache or "beardie", or looking dirty. We women!

bleaching your face is just stupid, it makes your hair look blonde and you can notice just as much. If you can afford it just get permanent hair removal that way you won't have any hair to bleach which means it can't get longer!!
